Datacentre Support Services also provide field engineers to attend your customers remote site to give technical know-how for remote system upgrades or hardware upgrades and rack and stack.
We can carry out any onsite tasks that are required by the customer, when they are unable to physically have personnel on site to complete the upgrades.

Datacentre Support Services can provide Engineers and parts on a Time and Materials basis for clients who do not have a system under maintenance contract.
Datacenter Hardware Disposal/Decommissioning
Datacentre Support Services have extensive knowledge in decommissioning redundant Datacenter equipment with particular skills in decommissioning high end enterprise Tape Library systems from Datacenters.
We provide Risk Assessments and Methods Statements for all work carried out and the customer has the options of disposal, resell or recycle their redundant equipment using our vast network of partners.
