Our company has a wealth of experience in providing datacenter hardware support and professional services to customers, covering Tape, Disk, NAS, Servers, San connectivity, Network Products and Optical Disk. Through our work, we have also accumulated an extensive knowledge base covering all the current tier one vendors and OEMs on the market today.

Our Bespoke Datacenter Services
The datacenter services we offer include: server support, hardware support, system upgrades, hardware upgrades, rack and stack and onsite support. We also provide hardware decommissioning services, IT hardware disposal and recycling services.
Our comprehensive 24x7 365 days a year hardware support service can cover multiple service level agreements (SLA) designed to suit you and your business. In practice, this could mean a 4hr SLA or a next business day SLA. As part of the SLA, our technical support engineers will diagnose problems with your system and if required, send field engineers to replace any faulty parts and ensure that everything is running smoothly once more.
If you and your business need advice on system or hardware upgrades, our field engineers can visit your premises to advise what improvements would be suitable. If you do not have the personnel available to install the upgrades, then our engineers can complete these tasks for you.
